The Gavetti 'Certo Erberto' blend is our house blend, developed by the Gavetti Coffee Scouts. It is especially well suited for classic portafilter machines. We recommend grinding the beans only briefly (max. 15 minutes before extraction) for the full flavour: round body, notes of toasted brioche and hazelnuts.
